PORTRAITS OF A WOMAN’S CHARACTER

Our university has many talented and successful students. They harmoniously combine their favorite occupation and study, achieving brilliant results in both spheres. Albina Alibekova, a 4th year student of the specialty “Vocational Training, Art Work and Graphics”, is an example of such bright people.

Despite the fact that passion for art takes a lot of time she studies well. She is the owner of the Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Abay Scholarship, established by the rector of the university.

Albina Alibekova is a representative of a creative family, where almost everyone draws. Her father and brother are well-known artists in the region. Each of the authors of the dynasty has its own profile.

For example, when the family holds exhibitions, Albina’s graphic works become its decoration. At their last exhibition one could see bright and at the same time tender works “Shooting Star”, “Fragility”, “Enlightenment”, “Tear”, and also self-portrait.

– I enjoy painting women’s portraits with acrylic paints on canvas. I am inspired by the sophistication, elegance and beauty of women,” Albina says. – Since there are many artists in my family, I have been interested in art since childhood. I remember how in the first grade I participated in a national drawing contest and won a computer. Since then I have been actively engaged in fine arts.

In addition to studying and art, the student has time to practice traditional archery. She actively participates in competitions of different levels and contributes to the development of this national sport. She took first and prize-winning places at tournaments in Abay region and Ust-Kamenogorsk.

In Albina’s asset there are a lot of different awards and encouragements in the field of painting and graphics. She has ambitious plans to turn her hobby into a successful business.
