HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM THE CITY OF ALTAI VISITED ALMA MATER

20 high school students from the Sagadat Nurmagambetov secondary school in Altai city visited Amanzholov University. The educational institution with a 48-year history implements the youth military-patriotic movement ‘Zhas Sarbaz’.

The excursion took place in the educational building №1. The future applicants got acquainted with the museum of archeology and cultural heritage of Altai, the newest chemical laboratory, rare books fund, forensic centre and ‘Dana Bala’.

Also specialists of the Career Centre ‘Professional Upgrading’ told more about the university.

-S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University implements research projects necessary for many sectors of the country. It is an academic centre for innovations, new technologies and talented scientists. Modern platforms, creative spaces and innovative material and technical base are proof of that,’ said graduate employment specialist Araylym Raisova.

Let’s remind, earlier students of Altai city defended their author’s projects at the three-day scientific festival organised by EKU. This is how the university motivates young people to research activities from school.
