Applicants for educational grants can be citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Children from low-income families of rural areas, small and single-industry towns;
Orphans or children left without parental care until adulthood;

Persons with disabilities;
From families raising children with disabilities;
Children of deceased citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the tragic events of January 2022;
Wounded children during the tragic events of January 2022.
