MEMORANDUM SIGNING CEREMONY – A NEW PHASE OF COOPERATION WITH YOUTH

An important event took place at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. The Rector of the university, Professor Mukhtar Tolegen, and the Chairman of the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan, Ulan Nauken, signed a bilateral memorandum. The event was attended by university students.

During the ceremony, Rector Mukhtar Adilbekovich expressed his gratitude to the students and emphasized the importance of developing civic responsibility, leadership, and active participation alongside acquiring academic knowledge.
The Chairman of the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan, Ulan Nauken, delivered an insightful presentation titled “Youth and Unity Day: The Role of the New Generation in Building a Common Future.” Participants also watched a video about the activities of the organization, after which students received answers to their questions regarding the work of the Alliance.

This memorandum opens new opportunities for supporting youth initiatives, increasing social engagement, and encouraging active participation in public life. For every young person studying at the university, it represents an excellent opportunity to realize their potential and enhance their leadership skills.

It is worth noting that more than 3,000 students were admitted to the university this academic year. Among them are 77 “Altyn Belgi” holders, 57 Masters and Candidates for Master of Sports, as well as 25 prize-winners of international and national competitions. The university hosts more than 22 organizations, clubs, and societies that reflect the diverse interests and talents of students — including the student theatre “Shabyt”, the debate club “Dіlmar”, the “ZhasStar Rukhy” organization, and the volunteer clubs “Meirim” and “Shuak”, as well as various sports and creative associations.
