Documents Required for Admission
- application
- copy and original of the diploma with its supplement
- copy and original of the identity document
- two 3×4 photographs
- medical certificate, form 075-u
- contract for the provision of paid educational services, in two copies
The application and the contract are completed at the time documents are submitted. Payment is made in three installments. Upon completion of the course, participants receive a state-standard certificate.
