“10 DAYS IN INDUSTRY”: ENHANCING THE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS

   As part of Days 6, 7, and 8 of the “10 DAYS IN PRODUCTION” campaign, our teachers from the “Preschool Education and Training” specialty successfully carried out practical activities at LLP Kindergarten “Shygys Baldyrgan” in accordance with the plans “Industry Expert” and “Student Through the Eyes of Production.”
Our students exchanged practical experience with industry professionals according to the knowledge they had previously acquired at the college.

     In order to assess our students’ practical knowledge and skills, they were given a variety of tasks related to their specialty. The students’ performance was also evaluated through expert feedback and professional opinions from the kindergarten teachers.As a result of the professional cooperation between the college and the enterprise, the exchange of experience was organized at a high level.

   At the final stage, the enterprise specialists shared their feedback, and a survey was conducted among our students. A number of important issues were discussed, including: “How relevant is the knowledge gained at college to professional practice?”, “What additional technologies and skills need to be mastered?”, and “What skills do graduates need to further develop?” Together with industry professionals, possible solutions and recommendations were discussed.
