STUDENTS OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY TOOK PART IN THE “QUIZ” INTELLECTUAL GAME DEDICATED TO WORLD EARTH DAY

At Library System No. 2 of the Oralkhan Bokey Centralized Library Center, in the ecological center “Green House,” the intellectual game “Bir Planeta – 100 Questions” dedicated to World Earth Day was held.

Active members of the “Zhasyl Tolqyn” scientific eco-club of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University — students of the educational programs 6B05202 “Ecology” and 6B05203 “Hydroecology, Management and Transboundary Water Security” — took part in this educational event.

During the event, participants not only answered environmental questions, but also shared their views on environmental protection, climate change, and the rational use of natural resources. This demonstrated their high level of environmental awareness and civic responsibility.

The evaluation and judging of the game were conducted by Associate Professor of the Department of Ecology and Geography, PhD Zhannat Zhaznayeva, and lecturer Bibigul Daukenova.

Such events make an important contribution to raising students’ environmental culture, promoting the principles of sustainable development, and fostering a conscious attitude toward nature conservation.
