ANATOLY TSYGANOV REPRESENTED AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY AT THE MEETING OF THE REPUBLICAN COORDINATION COUNCIL

A meeting of the Republican Coordination Council of leaders of additional education organizations in the fields of ecological-biological and tourism-local history directions was held in Urals. Associated professor of the Department of Ecology and Geography at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, Anatoly Tsyganov, participated in the council’s work.

The event was organized by the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Additional Education and brought together specialists from all regions of the country. During the meeting, current issues in the development of the children’s additional education system were discussed, including improving teachers’ professional skills, implementing modern digital technologies, developing child and youth tourism, and improving methods for fostering patriotism and ecological culture among students.

Representing Eastern Kazakhstan in the discussion on the prospects of forming a model of continuous ecological education in Kazakhstan, Anatoly Tsyganov, head of the branch and associated professor of the Department of Ecology and Geography at Amanzholov University, took part.

Priority topics included the development of retraining programs for additional education teachers based on Amanzholov University, including the specialty of pedagogical ecology.

Amanzholov University is ready to contribute to the formation of the national ecological education system by providing expert support, scientific and methodological resources, and an educational base for training qualified personnel.

These measures promote a deeper understanding of the environment and strengthen the patriotic feelings of Kazakhstani youth.
