AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY – LEADER IN GRADUATE EMPLOYMENT IN THE “ATAMEKEN – 2025” RANKING

Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University demonstrated strong performance in the 2025 ranking of educational programs conducted by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken.” According to the results of the study, the university ranked among the leaders in graduate employment, achieving a rate of 91.2%.

The ranking confirmed the high quality of specialist training and the strong demand for graduates in the labor market. According to the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken,” several key indicators of the university exceed the national average across Kazakhstan. These include:

• a high average salary level of graduates;

• a significant proportion of faculty members holding advanced academic degrees;

• sufficient average expenditure per student;

• active involvement of employers in the development and updating of educational programs.

The following educational programs demonstrated particularly high employment rates:

100% employment — 11 programs:
Tourism; Biology (research track); History; Music Education; Journalism; Economics and Management; Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education; Chemistry–Biology; Informatics (pedagogical track); Russian Language and Literature; Psychology.

95–98% employment — 4 programs:
Kazakh Language and Literature; Physics–Informatics; Mathematics–Physics; Special Education.

90–95% employment — 5 programs:
Vocational Education; Physical Culture and Sports; Forest Resources; Mathematics–Informatics; Foreign Language.

The quality indicators of the educational programs demonstrate steady positive dynamics, reflecting the systematic work of the faculty, effective cooperation with employers, and continuous improvement of the educational process.

The achieved results confirm the high level of professionalism of the university staff and its consistent efforts to strengthen its position in the national educational landscape and enhance the training of competitive specialists.
