REGIONAL SYMPOSIUM TO BE HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

On September 21, 2026, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University will host a regional symposium entitled “Evidence-Based Practices and Interagency Cooperation in Supporting Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.”

The event is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Asyl Miras Autism Center.

The symposium will address issues related to the early identification and support of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), the application of evidence-based practices, assessment of special educational needs, cooperation between families and educational institutions, as well as interagency collaboration among professionals in the fields of education and healthcare.

The programme will include a plenary session, expert presentations, practical case studies, master classes, and an open discussion of current issues.
