The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization is an independent structural unit of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. It specializes in information and communication technologies and works closely with all higher schools and structural units of the university.

Core Activities
- information and technical support for undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students, faculty and staff in the field of information technology
- design, creation and development of the university’s information resources for managing educational activities, professional databases and education
- organizing the repair of computer equipment and components of the closed corporate network

Research and applied development in artificial intelligence; introduction of intelligent systems into educational, research and management processes.
Digital Transformation
Organizational and methodological support for moving the university’s activities into digital form in line with its development strategy.
Digital Platforms
Support and development of the university’s information systems: learning management systems, portals and e-services.
Web and IT Development
Development and support of the university’s official web resources and integration of information systems.
Technical Infrastructure
Ensuring the operation of server, network and computer equipment, technical maintenance and user support.
Digital Education
Developing e-learning, creating digital learning resources and improving the digital competence of teaching staff.
