ACADEMIC MOBILITY AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY AS A TOOL FOR STRENGTHENING COOPERATION AND IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

To strengthen interuniversity cooperation and improve the quality of education, from March 9 to 22 of this year, the faculty members of the Chemistry Department at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University — Candidate of Chemical Sciences Gulzhan Abylkasova and Master of Pedagogical Sciences Shynar Sanyazova — completed an internship under the academic mobility program at Shakarim University in Semey.

During the visit, the faculty conducted lectures for students, master’s, and doctoral students in the educational programs 6B05301 – Chemistry, 7M05301 – Chemistry, and 8D05301 – Chemistry. The courses were organized in the subjects “Organic Chemistry,” “Heterocyclic Compounds of Organic Chemistry,” “Quantitative Chemical Analysis,” and “Modern Problems of Organic Chemistry.”

The lectures covered the theoretical foundations of modern chemistry and practical research methods. Special attention was given to titrimetric analysis and current trends in organic synthesis. Students not only deepened their theoretical knowledge but also became familiar with new approaches in scientific research.

The academic mobility program contributes to the professional development of faculty members and elevates scientific and pedagogical collaboration between universities to a new level.

Academic mobility is an important tool for exchanging experience and improving the quality of education. Such cooperation opens new prospects and will undoubtedly continue in the future.
