‘AMANZHOLOV BALA FEST’ — A CELEBRATION THAT BROUGHT JOY TO CHILDREN

On June 1, 2026, in celebration of International Children’s Day, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University hosted the “Amanzholov Bala Fest”, a festive event organized for the children of university employees.

The event was organized by the “Dana Bala” Center for Continuing and Inclusive Education in cooperation with third-year students. Students of the “Preschool Education and Upbringing” educational program (curator — Gulnur Kenzhekhanovna Kylybayeva) and the “Defectology” educational program (curator — Bibinur Erzhanovna Turymtayeva) took an active part in organizing the celebration.

Deputy Chairman of the Board – Vice Rector for Strategic Development and International Cooperation Irina Vladimirovna Rovnyakova addressed the children and their parents with congratulatory remarks. She wished the children good health, a happy childhood, and a bright future.

The festival began in the square in front of the university’s main building. The children sang songs, danced, and participated in various games and exciting contests. Cheerful music, joyful laughter, and the festive atmosphere created a special atmosphere of joy and kindness.

The festive program then continued in the specialized classrooms of the “Dana Bala” Center, where the children actively participated in creative and educational activities.

Sweet gifts and prizes for the children were provided with the support of the university’s Trade Union Committee representing employees and academic staff.

The “Amanzholov Bala Fest” was not only a vibrant celebration for children but also an important event that contributed to strengthening cooperation among parents, faculty members, and students. The event brought all participants a wonderful mood, positive emotions, and unforgettable memories.
