AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY ALUMNA APPOINTED TO CIVIL SERVICE WITHOUT COMPETITIVE SELECTION

Malika Samatovna Tukesheva, a graduate of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, completed her studies with a GPA of 3.59 and has been appointed to the position of Chief Specialist – Court Clerk at the Administrator of the Samar District Court under the Court Administration Department of the Republic of Kazakhstan without undergoing a competitive selection process.

This direct appointment mechanism is established under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and aims to recruit qualified, high-achieving young specialists into public administration.

Under current legislation, university graduates who complete their degrees with a GPA of at least 3.33 are eligible for direct appointment to designated administrative civil service positions within one year of graduation without participating in standard competitive examinations.

The appointment of Malika Samatovna Tukesheva underscores the efficacy of this mechanism in integrating high-performing graduates into the state civil service system.
