AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY FACULTY UNDERGO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AT THE ACADEMY OF POLITICAL MANAGEMENT OF THE “AMANAT” PARTY

From June 15 to 18, a delegation of nine faculty members from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University is participating in a certification program at the Academy of Political Management of the “AMANAT” Party in Astana.

The educational program is organized under a memorandum of cooperation between Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University and the Academy of Political Management of the “AMANAT” Party. The program aims to advance the functional competencies of leaders and personnel pool representatives, refining professional skills in public administration, local government, leadership, strategic planning, and socio-political engagement.

The academic supervisor of the program is Tamara Bosymbekovna Duissenova—Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization, and Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The 36-academic-hour curriculum covers personal leadership, core values, regional and local community development, taxation and budget planning, effective public and workplace communication, as well as modern political processes and electoral campaigns. In addition, participants engage in hands-on project work, developing final capstone projects for presentation to the Academy’s Expert Council.

The Amanzholov University delegation brings together representatives from the Higher School of Business and Law, the Higher School of Information Technology and Natural Sciences, and the Higher School of Pedagogy:

Participation in this program fosters the development of the faculty’s managerial, analytical, and communicative skills, broadens professional networks with government agencies and expert communities, and facilitates the integration of modern approaches into educational, research, and civic activities.

Upon completing the training, participants will receive certificates from the Academy of Political Management of the “AMANAT” Party, confirming their advanced professional competencies in public administration and public leadership.
