AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY HELD A MEETING ON EDUCATIONAL GRANT WORK OBLIGATIONS

Amanzholov University held an information meeting for students devoted to fulfilling the mandatory employment obligations associated with educational grants and to the further employment of graduates.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board – Vice Rector for Strategic Development and International Cooperation Irina Rovnyakova, Lead Specialist of Financial Center JSC Akzira Serikkalikhyzy, and specialists from the Department for Cooperation with Higher Education Institutions Botagoz Askarbekkyzy Ablmazhinova and Aliya Abdrakhmanovna Zhailaubayeva.

During the meeting, students were informed about the procedure for assigning young professionals to employment and the main requirements established by current regulatory legal acts. Participants were also introduced to the documents governing the mandatory employment obligations of graduates who studied under the state educational order.

Particular attention was paid to the duration and conditions for fulfilling these obligations. Under the established rules, graduates who studied under the state educational order are required to complete a mandatory employment period of at least three years. The specific requirements applicable to graduates admitted to other specialties under the rural quota, as well as students in teacher training programs, were also discussed.

Specialists from Financial Center JSC emphasized the importance of monitoring the latest versions of regulatory documents. The rules are regularly amended and supplemented, including during 2026, so students should take into account the requirements in force at the time of graduation when planning their employment.

The practical part of the meeting focused on employment opportunities. Separate chats have been created for students of each Higher School, where current vacancies and job offers from employers are regularly posted. This allows students to learn about employment opportunities in a timely manner and consider possible jobs related to their fields of study in advance.

At the end of the meeting, participants received answers to their questions and additional explanations regarding educational grant work obligations, employment, and compliance with the established requirements.

Such meetings help improve students’ legal awareness and allow them to prepare in advance for fulfilling the obligations associated with studying under the state educational order.
