AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY HOSTS MEETING WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT REPRESENTATIVES

An informative meeting between students and law enforcement officers was organized at the Department of Chemistry of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

The event was attended by Lieutenant Colonel of Police Arman Zhetilbekovich Mulikov, Deputy Head of the Forensic Science Department of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Police; Major of Police Ainur Oralbekovna Akhmetova, Senior Forensic Specialist of the Forensic Science Department of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Police; Senior Lieutenant of Police Zaure Bolatovna, Forensic Specialist of the Forensic Science Department of the East Kazakhstan Region Police Department; and Lieutenant of Police Nurasyl Daurenovich Muratkhanov, Officer of the Patrol Police Battalion of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

During the meeting, the law enforcement representatives shared detailed insights into their service, current trends in forensics, crime investigation methodologies, and the professional duties of police officers. The specialists provided practical examples from their field experience, highlighting the importance of responsibility and professionalism in law enforcement.

The meeting took place in an open dialogue format, allowing students to ask questions and receive comprehensive answers from the specialists. The students showed particular interest in forensic fieldwork, modern technologies utilized in criminal investigations, and methods for examining physical evidence.

Such meetings contribute to enhancing legal literacy, broadening students’ professional horizons, fostering civic responsibility, and deepening their understanding of law enforcement’s role in society.
