AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY LECTURERS UNDERGO INTERNSHIP IN POLAND UNDER THE ERASMUS PROGRAMME

Professors of the Department of Psychology and Special Education, S.A. Stelmakh and I.K. Matskevich, are currently on an official business trip to the Academy of Medical and Social Sciences (ANSIM) in the Republic of Poland under the Erasmus programme.

The main purpose of the visit is to exchange international experience, familiarize themselves with the features of the Hermes AI system, and enhance professional qualifications through delivering lectures to international students. Within the framework of the programme, the lecturers are conducting classes for students of the Academy and sharing their expertise.

In addition, special attention during the visit is given to the integration of modern technologies into the educational process, including the use of artificial intelligence. Such exchange of experience contributes to the improvement of the national education system and the enhancement of teaching quality.

The Erasmus programme is one of the key initiatives aimed at developing international cooperation in higher education. It supports academic mobility of students, provides opportunities for studying abroad, and promotes the strengthening of partnerships between universities, the development of joint educational programmes, and the exchange of faculty experience.

Such international visits not only provide new momentum for professional development of lecturers but also make a significant contribution to improving the quality of education and strengthening the university’s international reputation.
