COMMITTEE MEETING HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held a committee meeting focused on the University’s strategic development and the improvement of its Anti-Corruption Compliance Service.

One of the key items on the agenda was the Company’s Annual Report for 2025. Participants discussed the results of the University’s activities and indicators related to the implementation of its strategic plan. The materials presented included information on the percentage of planned activities completed, making it possible to review the progress of strategic objectives in detail.

Particular attention was paid to improving the activities of the University’s Anti-Corruption Compliance Service. Kainar Zheksembayev presented proposals for updating the relevant internal documents in accordance with standard requirements.

The proposed changes are aimed at clarifying the functions and responsibilities of the Compliance Service, improving mechanisms for identifying and assessing corruption risks, and further developing preventive measures. The implementation of these measures is intended to enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption activities and strengthen the principles of transparency within the University.

The issues considered are important for the further strategic development of Amanzholov University, the improvement of its corporate governance system, and the effectiveness of internal control mechanisms.
