ISSUES OF TEACHER TRAINING DISCUSSED AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University hosted a scientific seminar dedicated to the development of teacher education and current issues in the training of future specialists.

The seminar was attended by Oralтай Muratkhanuly Zholymbayev, Head of the Scientific Center for Pedagogical Research, who met with the University’s faculty members. The seminar addressed the current state of teacher education in Kazakhstan, improving the quality of teacher training, enhancing educational programs, and developing the professional competencies of future teachers.

During the meeting, participants exchanged views on current trends in teacher education and discussed ways to integrate the results of scientific research into the educational process. They also put forward proposals concerning current challenges in the training of teaching professionals.

At the end of the seminar, the faculty members’ questions were answered, followed by an open discussion on the prospects for teacher training, mechanisms for improving the quality of education, and areas for developing research activities.

The event provided an opportunity to exchange experience, strengthen professional ties, and identify key areas for further improvement of teacher education.
