PARTNERSHIP FOR ADVANCING EDUCATION AND GIFTED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Mukhtar Tolegen, Chairman of the Board and Rector of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, met with Natalya Akhayeva, Director of the East Kazakhstan Regional Valeological Specialized School-Complex for Gifted Children.

During the meeting, the parties discussed support mechanisms for gifted schoolchildren across the region, strengthening career guidance initiatives, and advancing educational continuity between secondary schools and higher education institutions.

In addition, discussions addressed cultivating students’ interest in scientific research, implementing collaborative educational projects, and expanding pathways for prospective applicants to receive high-quality education.

Natalya Akhayeva put forward a proposal to develop joint educational initiatives with French higher education institutions and expand international partnerships. Both parties noted that reinforcing ties with the European educational space provides valuable new opportunities for talented youth.

Following the meeting, the participants affirmed their commitment to strengthening collaboration in education and sustaining efforts aimed at fostering the potential of talented young learners.
