SIGNIFICANCE OF THE NEW CONSTITUTION DISCUSSED AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held an open discussion aimed at explaining the key provisions of the new Constitution and examining its significance in society.

The event was moderated by Zhanneta Amangeldiyevna Kalimoldina, Vice Rector for Educational and Social Affairs.

During the open discussion, participants considered the fundamental principles of the Constitution, the rights and responsibilities of citizens, the rule of law, and civic responsibility. The importance of constitutional norms in everyday life and their role in the development of the state were also explained.

The main purpose of the meeting was to improve students’ legal literacy and contribute to the development of their civic awareness and legal culture.
