STRATEGIC SESSION “ESIRTKISIZ QAZAQSTAN” WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a strategic session “Esirtkisiz Qazaqstan” was organized in a MEET UP format. The event was aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people, preventing drug-related offenses, and fostering a culture of responsibility in society.

The meeting was attended by students from higher education institutions and technical and vocational education organizations, working and creative youth, volunteers, as well as representatives of non-governmental and youth organizations.

During the event, the Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the East Kazakhstan Region, Aidar Sadyrbayev, the Chairman of the “Esbol Qory” Foundation, Zhandos Aktaev, the Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Work of the university, Zhanneta Kalimoldina, as well as representatives of law enforcement and supervisory bodies raised relevant issues and emphasized the importance of combating drugs.

The speakers presented concrete proposals for improving legal awareness among young people, strengthening preventive measures, and addressing social threats. An open dialogue platform was also organized, where participants exchanged views in a question-and-answer format.

At the end of the meeting, participants noted that building a drug-free society is a shared responsibility not only of government bodies but of the entire society. Such events contribute to shaping an active civic position among young people and enhancing their role in public life.
