STUDENTS OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY WON II PLACE IN A REPUBLICAN INTELLECTUAL GAME

On May 19, the republican intellectual game “The Word of Abai — the Pillar of Justice” was held in Zhidebay of the Abai district on the initiative of the Internal Policy Department of the Abai Region. The educational competition, aimed at promoting the legacy of Abai Kunanbayev — the spiritual guide of the nation — brought together 11 teams from different regions of Kazakhstan, who demonstrated their knowledge and erudition.

During the rich and educational intellectual game, participants answered questions dedicated to the works of the great thinker, Kazakh literature, and national values, testing their knowledge and logical thinking skills.

According to the results of the competition, a team of third-year students majoring in “Kazakh Language and Literature” from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University demonstrated a high level of preparation and won the honorable II place. The team was supervised by Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Aizhan Maratbekovna Kartayeva.

This victory became a vivid confirmation of the younger generation’s deep interest in Abai’s heritage and respect for national spirituality. The intellectual competition not only broadened the horizons of the young participants, but also helped convey the wise ideas of the great poet to the new generation more profoundly.
