THE SECOND FORUM OF RECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES OF KAZAKHSTAN AND AZERBAIJAN WAS HELD

The ceremonial opening of the Second Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Leaders of the leading universities from both countries, as well as representatives from the education and science sectors, took part in this large-scale international event.

The opening ceremony was attended by Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation in the field of higher education. During the event, issues related to the development of academic ties between universities in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, the expansion of partnerships in scientific research, and the implementation of joint educational programs were discussed.

The forum is aimed at the internationalization of the higher education system, increasing academic mobility for students and scholars, and taking the strategic partnership between universities of the two countries to a new level.
