VICE-RECTORS OF KAZAKHSTANI UNIVERSITIES EXPLORE EXPERTISE OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY’S “DANA BALA” CENTER

Representatives of Kazakhstan’s leading higher education institutions paid a working visit to the “Dana Bala” Center for Continuous and Inclusive Education at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. The primary purpose of the meeting was to examine the center’s best practices in training specialists for the field of inclusive education and to disseminate this expertise nationwide.

The center’s operations were reviewed by Elmira Kenzhegaliyevna Nauryzbayeva, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Kostanay Regional University; Aigul Khairtayevna Nurpeisova, Board Member and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University; and Rysgul Koishygulovna Abilsheyeva, Vice-President for Academic Affairs of Yessenov University.

During the visit, the guests explored the core areas of work at the “Dana Bala” Center, its material and technical infrastructure, educational programs, and support practices for learners with special educational needs. Particular emphasis was placed on preparing future educators and specialists equipped to work effectively in an inclusive learning environment.

The meeting fostered professional dialogue among the universities and strengthened institutional partnerships. Participants exchanged best practices in inclusive education and highlighted the value of collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing education quality and creating equal opportunities for all learners.

Today, the “Dana Bala” Center for Continuous and Inclusive Education consistently advances efforts to develop an accessible, modern learning environment and prepare qualified specialists who meet contemporary educational standards. The center’s model is widely recognized as an effective benchmark for the advancement of inclusive education.
