XI SEASON OF THE “SHABYT” STUDENT THEATER CLOSED WITH A CLASSICAL PERFORMANCE

Today became a special and significant day for the “Shabyt” student theater. The theater group presented the tragedy “Kozy Korpesh – Bayan Sulu” and officially closed its eleventh creative season. This production became the first classical work in the history of the theater.

Preparation for the performance lasted almost a year, and rehearsals became especially intensive during the last month. Staging a classical work and deeply conveying its meaning to the audience is a great responsibility. Despite certain difficulties faced by the student actors, the performance became an important experience and a platform for their professional growth.

The high level of the production was evident from the warm reception and enthusiastic applause of the audience. At the end of the performance, honored guests addressed the theater group with sincere wishes and kind words.

According to the annual tradition, a graduation award ceremony for theater members was held as part of the season closing event. The head of the “Shabyt” student theater, actor of the East Kazakhstan Regional Drama and Operetta Theater Yertai Zhumanuly Khasenov, presented graduates with letters of appreciation and wished them success.

In turn, theater graduate Aigerim Isataikyzy emphasized the special role of “Shabyt” in her life:

“Today’s performance left a vivid impression. Behind this result lies tremendous work and dedicated preparation. The ‘Shabyt’ student theater gave me not only stage experience, but also life lessons. Here, we not only studied art, but also shared unforgettable student years together. The special atmosphere of warmth and unity can only be felt within this collective. I am sure that this four-year experience will help me in the future. We express our gratitude to Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University and Rector Mukhtar Tolegen for their constant support.”

This production became an important step for the “Shabyt” student theater, opening a new stage in its development and vividly demonstrating its creative potential.
