Today, leading the Higher School of Pedagogy, she successfully balances the roles of administrator, scholar, and educator, making a substantial contribution to training highly qualified professionals, modernizing pedagogical education, and enhancing the university’s academic and scientific standing.

Having defended her Candidate’s dissertation on occupational hygiene and worker health protection, Gulnara Borisovna has maintained an active research profile. Her initiatives in refining educational programs, advancing research projects, and mentoring emerging scholars reflect her high professional standard and deep dedication to the field.

Her sustained and conscientious service has earned high recognition, including the Akhmet Baitursynuly Bronze Medal and the Republic of Kazakhstan’s ministerial badge “For Merits in the Development of Science.” These honors acknowledge her professional achievements, substantial contributions to higher education and research, and high standing in the academic community.
