CONFERENCE: “HUMAN-CENTERED ORGANIZATION: THEORETICAL AND APPLIED ASPECTS OF INCLUSION AS A DRIVER OF COMPETITIVENESS”

On October 9, 2026, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University will host the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Human-Centered Organization: Theoretical and Applied Aspects of Inclusion as a Driver of Competitiveness.”

The conference is organized by the Department of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy of the Higher School of Pedagogy as part of a research project funded by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (AP23489784).

The conference programme will include panel sessions in the following areas:

1. Concepts, models, and international experience of human-centered management;
2. Organizational culture and HR practices in the context of social change;
3. Psychological aspects of inclusion in organizations;
4. Inclusive education and professional training;
5. Digital transformation and the development of a supportive organizational environment.

Forms of participation:

1. Online or offline participation with a presentation and/or preparation of a research article;
2. Remote participation with the submission of a research article.

Working languages of the conference: Kazakh, Russian, and English.
