INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON DESIGNING INDIVIDUAL PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PATHWAYS

The Department of Biology of the Higher School of IT and Natural Sciences at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held an international workshop entitled “Designing an Individual Pathway for the Professional and Personal Formation and Development of Students, Faculty Members and Managers.”

The speaker was Andrey Alexandrovich Terov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor at the Department of Educational Technologies for Lifelong Learning of Moscow City University.

During the workshop, students, master’s students, and faculty members discussed issues related to designing individual pathways for professional and personal development, developing professional competencies, and building individual educational trajectories.

Particular attention was paid to practical tools for professional growth and development, setting professional goals, and developing effective strategies for further progress.

Participants also discussed opportunities for applying an individual approach in educational and professional activities, taking into account personal goals, competencies, and prospects for professional growth.

The workshop became a platform for exchanging professional experience and discussing modern approaches to building individual development trajectories for students, faculty members, and management personnel.
