MODERN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS FOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held another lecture as part of the “Young Lecturers’ School.” This time, participants discussed the possibilities of modern artificial intelligence (AI) tools and the specific features of their application in educational practice.

During the meeting, young lecturers explored the practical potential of AI and modern approaches to its use in everyday teaching tasks. Particular attention was paid to planning the educational process, developing learning materials, organizing information, and preparing assignments for students.

The effective use of digital tools makes it possible not only to optimize lecturers’ working time but also to expand opportunities for creating educational content, make it more flexible, and adapt lesson content to students’ educational needs. At the same time, effective use of AI requires clear task formulation, mandatory verification of generated information, and careful refinement of the results in accordance with educational objectives.

The lecture was delivered by Akmaral Zhaksylykova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Information Technologies.

The meeting had a practice-oriented format and enabled participants to discuss specific areas of AI application in the educational environment. Young lecturers asked questions, exchanged views, and considered opportunities for integrating modern technologies into their professional activities.

The rapid development of digital technologies places new demands on modern lecturers: it is important not only to master innovative tools but also to understand the principles of their pedagogically appropriate use. In this context, developing skills in working with AI is becoming an important part of strengthening lecturers’ digital competence.

At the end of the session, participants discussed the knowledge they had gained and identified practical approaches to the effective use of artificial intelligence tools in their professional and educational activities.
