RECTOR OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY SIGNS DIPLOMAS OF THE BEST GRADUATES OF THE HIGHER COLLEGE

A traditional and significant ceremony preceding the awarding of diplomas to graduates was held at the Higher College of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. Mukhtar Tolegen, Rector of Amanzholov University, signed the graduates’ diplomas and wished them confidence as they embark on a new stage of their lives and achieve professional success.
