REGIONAL CAREER FORUM HUMAN CAPITAL – 2026 WAS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

The regional career forum Human Capital – 2026 was held at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, aimed at promoting graduate employment and developing the human capital of the region. The large-scale event became an important platform for strengthening effective cooperation between the university, employers, and future specialists.

At the opening of the forum, Rector of the university, Professor Mukhtar Tolegen, welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of training competitive specialists who meet the modern requirements of the labor market. During the event, social partners were awarded the title “Best Employer – 2026,” and agreements of intent on employment were signed between university graduates and employers.

As part of the forum, a panel session titled “Career Start: How Can a Student Become a востребованный Specialist?” was organized, where representatives of public service, employment agencies, entrepreneurship, and industry shared their experience in helping young people adapt to the labor market, spoke about career opportunities, and discussed directions for professional development.

An important part of the event was the “Job Fair – 2026,” during which students and graduates had the opportunity to meet directly with leading employers, participate in express interviews, learn about company activities, and receive consultations on employment issues. A networking platform was also organized, allowing participants to establish professional connections.

The Human Capital – 2026 forum became a vivid confirmation of Amanzholov University’s systematic work in supporting graduates, strengthening partnerships with employers, and creating successful career paths for young people.
