SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION OF SCHOLARS HELD AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY

A new scientific seminar was organized at the Research Center “Surface Engineering and Tribology” of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

During the seminar, PhD, Senior Lecturer Dr. Nur Nabihah Yusof, invited from Malaysia, delivered a presentation titled “Overview of Universiti Sains Malaysia and School of Physics,” providing a detailed overview of the scientific and innovation infrastructure of Universiti Sains Malaysia, as well as the main research directions of its School of Physics.

In addition, doctoral and master’s students of the center presented the results of their research work, highlighting in detail both the theoretical and practical aspects of their studies.

Within the framework of the seminar, current scientific issues in materials science, surface engineering, and tribology were discussed, and an exchange of scientific experience took place.

This event became an important platform aimed at developing the scientific potential of young researchers, strengthening academic ties, and expanding international scientific cooperation.
