SEMINAR “AI TOOLS IN TEACHING THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE”: MODERN APPROACHES TO EDUCATION

A seminar for teachers on the topic “AI Tools in Teaching the Russian Language” was held at the Department of Kazakh, Russian Philology and Journalism of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

The event was conducted by senior lecturer of the Department of Kazakh, Russian Philology and Journalism N.N. Budnikova. About 30 teachers of Russian language and literature from schools of Ust-Kamenogorsk and districts of the East Kazakhstan region took part in the seminar.

During the meeting, participants discussed the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the educational process. Practical examples of applying AI tools in working with texts, educational assignments, and student assessment were presented.

Special attention was paid to the practical orientation of the seminar. Teachers not only became familiar with modern digital tools, but also practiced their use in an interactive format by completing tasks and discussing the results obtained.

The relevance of the topic is connected with the need to introduce modern digital solutions into the education system and to develop new methodological and digital competencies among teachers.

The seminar demonstrated the high interest of the pedagogical community in the use of AI tools in education and confirmed their significant potential in improving the quality of teaching Russian language and literature.
