TAZA QAZAQSTAN: THE CONTRIBUTION OF FUTURE ECOLOGISTS

Today, fourth-year students of the Ecology educational program at the Department of Ecology and Geography of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University held a round table as part of the implementation of the national Taza Qazaqstan initiative.

The purpose of the event was to discuss the role of future environmental specialists in implementing environmental initiatives, as well as issues related to the rational use of natural resources and environmental protection.

Bibibul Serikovna Daukenova, Coordinator of the Student Environmental Club and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ecology and Geography, took part in the round table. She emphasized the importance of active youth participation in environmental activities and raising the level of environmental awareness in society.

As part of the thematic meeting, fourth-year students of the Ecology educational program Anastasia Daginten, Anastasia Dementyeva, Ilya Yakovenko, and Ruslan Nigmetov delivered presentations.

During the discussion, participants addressed current issues of environmental protection, rational use of natural resources, environmental monitoring, and youth involvement in Taza Qazaqstan initiatives.

Particular attention was paid to the role of future environmental specialists in organizing environmental activities, improving environmental literacy among the population, and promoting a responsible attitude toward the environment.

Taza Qazaqstan is a nationwide initiative aimed at promoting a caring and responsible attitude toward nature. Its implementation begins with the everyday actions of each individual.
